Microsoft ads leak online, hint at new Surface Pro 7, Laptop 3 and more than

The ads hint at new Surface devices, including a mysterious expect at a Surface Dog... or Surface Leash? Maybe a Surface Telephone?

Alee of its big event in New York on Wednesday, Microsoft's new Surface advertisement campaign leaked online.

Twitter user 'WalkingCat' (@h0x0d) tweeted 4 pictures of possible side by side-gen Microsoft Surface devices. The pictures don't focus on the devices, still.

Instead, they show off different scenarios where people use Surface devices. Each paradigm features the slogan "Anything but ordinary."

That slogan appears to be the motto for Microsoft's next generation of Surface devices, which it'south expected to denote on Wed. Three of the images clearly show people using a Microsoft device.

The get-go (above) shows an office environment with three people gathered effectually what looks like a Surface Pro and is probable the upcoming Pro 7.

The next picture is of a lady sitting on the stairs using a Surface Pro 7 likewise. Fine print forth the bottom of the photo mentions LTE service and availability, so the new Surface Pro computers may offer cellular compatibility.

Interestingly, an eagle-eyed Twitter user pointed out that the Surface Pro devices featured in the pictures announced to be missing the air vents featured on the Surface Pro 6. The change could be related to the processor, as the Pro 7 is rumoured to apply 10th Gen Intel CPUs.

The third image is of what could exist the Surface Laptop 3. It appears to be quite thin, and information technology looks like a cable from the camera is plugged into the side of the laptop. It isn't clear from the picture what type of cable it is.

As for the terminal picture, it shows off… something. Maybe a Surface Domestic dog? Surface Leash? Surface Auto? It isn't clear, and there's no discernible electronic device in the photo. There are a few running theories, both on Twitter and in the MobileSyrup function. 1 is that in that location's something in the handbag — something yellow is sticking out of the backpack. It could be padding on the backpack, but it looks similar the corner of a laptop case of some kind.

Another idea is that it could exist related to some kind of phone. It appears the person in the photo is getting into an Uber. Possibly he ordered it with a Surface Phone? The final epitome could also advertise the LTE capabilities of the devices — he'southward going to use it in the machine while travelling — but the lack of related fine print makes this unlikely in my mind.

Ultimately, information technology'south a stretch. The images don't offer enough information to really speculate on annihilation other than what rumours have suggested: we'll see a new Surface Pro and Surface Laptop.

We'll likely acquire more at Microsoft's event this week.
